at this tym mr culpa tok hys vomit wch wrote altogether doward {sic} & not vpward at all. |{stui} gr 5|

On Sundai mornīg folowin{g} being the 23. Aprill he toke the sam dos of stibiū again for a vomit And yt wrot Doward Again altogether and not vpward at all & yt brought moch veri ill & stinking mater from him
